Janathon Day 4

It's still raining!  I asked Twitter today whether I should go to the gym or go on the turbo.  What I didn't tell Twitter was that to go to the gym would mean standing at a bus stop in the rain, 30 minute journey, 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the gym and then back again.   After much thought and discussion, and the toss of a coin, I headed out to the shed and turbo'd (is that a word, no idea!)

Today's Janathon effort is therefore :-

Physio exercises & stretches (interrupted mid-side plank by a phone call from the mother)

30 minutes on the turbo
Plank - 30 secs
Tricep Dips - 20 dips
Super Easy Push up - Rest day !

Not very exciting is it?

  1. Wow, that is some dedication gym-going to travel all that way! I left my gym in town because I could never be bothered to make the 2 mile/15 minute bike ride trip there.

Don't blame you for going to the shed instead!

    1. I normally go after work which only involves the 10 min walk bit! Going from home is a whole different ball game!
